One of the best place stayed forever..! Had an Excellent time with the family 😉😊
Very disappointed given the price paid. Upon check-in, the front desk talked us out of a two bed room and into a King Superior room. As we were traveling with our two kids, we only agreed after being promised a roll-away bed. The roll-away bed never arrived. When I followed up with them we were told there was no roll-away bed available. I asked for extra blankets so the kids could sleep on the floor. They were out of extra blankets too. LOVE THE LOOKS the place looks great (even thought renovations are being made) and the area is kept clean. I do however, hate how much everything costs and the gratuity is so high, and it did take over an hour past check in time to actually get my room key that wasnt cool. The hotel looks very nice even with all the construction going on...however the overall service needs to be improved. The check in counter is under staffed. Had to wait a long time to check in and also to get my room key activated for the parking garage on the following day. In addition, the staff can be more courteous and professional. I found several of them being rude... As far as the the quality and the cost of food is below average. Absolutely loved this place! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of construction, so we weren't allowed on our balcony. Another thing that was a pain at the time is the fact that it took me about 15 minutes to check in because the lady working the front desk had a friendly conversation with everyone she checked in. Amazing resort...will definitely be back! Beachfront, awesome pools, splash pad, water slide, kids club and great food.
Awesome place to visit with gud staff and having gud facilities ..
