Great place to stay in gorgeous Hollywood Beach . Check out Le Tub for a great burger
The hotel was under construction but they did not tell us that when we booked. There was a giant crane when we pulled up. Valet staff seemed confused about where we should leave our car. Our room wasn't ready but they "expedited" our check in. The front desk clerk said he was gong to get In trouble and gave us our room at 4:05 PM (check in was at 4 pm). There is a resort fee ($30 a day) for beach chairs, an umbrella is $20 extra and daily parking fee ($36 for valet and $30 for self park). Our room had partial view of the oce... read more
Beautiful hotel. Love the ocean view. Great service all around.
Here for a conference and there has been major construction all weekend. The walls are so thin that it sounds like they are in your room doing work.
I love the new Burger place Bristol and the wine bar was great
I have to agree with other review. Luckily we walk up very early so didn't had to wait 25 min to get a coffee like other people we saw wait in line. I think the hotel lack staff. Lot of used towel by the pool area, trays, glasses. The pool open at 9 but still it should be checked at sunrise when there is already a bunch of guests around. We also had lunch at the restaurant/cafe by the pool and it took the waiter took quite some time to bring drinks but lot of time to clean the table next to us. Currently staying at the diplomat.. In a newly renovated room and it's lovely, no work going on in the lobby which certainly gives you the sense that it's a great hotel.. Kids pool is shut but I am a rather too large to go down the kids slide so happy to give it a miss.. They are adding a new bar to the back of the hotel which when complete will bring the top part of the pool and entrance to the lobby in to play. This hotel is so accommodating in making their guests feel important and at home. The only inconvenience was the construction which prevented me from being able to access the balcony from my room on the 19th floor facing the ocean, in addition, the construction on the beach side in the back of the Hotel as it interfered with access to the pools, especially the children's area. Check out is 11am check in is 4pm.Thats 5 hours difference for a day stay.Overall the staff are great the rooms are clean and complete with USB chargers.The pools are well maintained and you are less than 100 yards away from the beautiful beach.Great hotel!
