Fabulous place to spend whether you are,a local or a tourist! Great accommodations.,restaurants,excitement,and the pool is unreal!
This place is beautiful and the ambiance is perfect. Parking is expensive. You must pay if you are staying as a guest, but they will validate parking if you eat at the nice restaurants. Be prepared to spend your money, this is not a place to be on a budget....but the decadence!!!

The customer service was above my expectations and the room was very comfortable.
The hotel is very nice. However, there are other very nice hotels with far better staff and procedures. I brought my fiance with me to the hotel while I was at a conference in the hotel. Soon after I left, she went to have a shower and, when she came out, some random worker dropped down on a rope! Now, instead of dropping another level or avoiding eye contact, he sat in place and stared! Upon check in, our room was given to another person due to them checking that person into our room. Room was beautiful and clean, majority of the staff was polite and helpful; concierge, housekeeping and the pool staff. Pool was beautiful but definitely needs to be cleaned; water was cloudy, filmy and dirty along the sides. Valet was very unorganized in the way they had cars all over and blocking other cars, need to have more control on the ramp. The hotel is beautiful and the our room was beyond gorgeous with a breath taking view, really clean and comfortable, however , staff overall is not so friendly , vallet is definetly understaffed and the pools are really dirty. Even I can't remember their names , I have to say that the concierge on duty when we checked in yesterday and a young blonde girl that works handling towels made me feel better about the staff because the front desks were just a disaster . William the Foh Manager changed my entire experience. I was very dissatisfied with my experience checking in. He stepped in and made our anniversary the best. Awesome and Superded recovery.
