45 minute wait for check in. We booked an Ocean view, however the balcony was blocked! Security threatened to "make us leave" based on a FALSE accusation. I would never visit this property AGAIN.
Muy bonito pero pésima atención y mucha gente q entra por la playa y no pertenece al hotel Mucha gente mal clase Una lastima para un tan lindo hotel Antes era mucho más exclusivo y mejor Acá hacen picnic en las piscinas y playa muy ordinario Nunca Más iremos fue espantoso No había espacio par poner reposteras etc
A great resort for a relaxing family vacation! Prime beachfront location, awesome pools with large cabanas and excellent service, big water- slide for the kids, fantastic food, nightlife and bar options, beautifully updated furniture and decor and all around great service. The perfect spot for couples or families.
I like resort very much the property is Fantabulous can't beat the location I am definitely coming again :) staff and management is excellent
I travel a lot for work and for leisure, so I have had the opportunity to stay a lot of different resorts and hotels across the country and globe. This is without a doubt, my wife and I's favorite resort and hotel. We love the. Rely renovated rooms, the service, and amenities. All of the restaurants on property are first class. We love The Diplomat!
Stay away, keep your money � way overpriced and not very much fun unless you have money to burn!
We come once a year and had an absolutely amazing experience each time. We were even upgraded to a 34th floor Ocean View suite for our anniversary. Best food I have ever had at a resort and they treat you like Royalty! 5/5 stars for sure!!
Beautiful property & excellent staff. I just wish there was a coffeemaker in the room! It is expensive but really not out of line with the area. I am in the hotel industry and this place is definitely top notch. Love that their employees are unionized.
We really enjoyed our time spent at this resort. The front desk staff went up and beyond their duties keep us happy. I would recommend staying at this resort to friends and family.
