The staff is a bit pretentious. Checking in was an awesome experience, however after that you are constantly judged by how you look and what you're wearing. This is my 3rd week here, I'm here every week and will be for the next 6 months but other than the front desk staff no one else seems to acknowledge it or even just be neutral. I'd recommend telling staff to be nice regardless of how the person is dressed.

Its not the same under the new management. Gratuity included but never mentioned. Server with leek of experience. Very mean staff. That's my first day out of three and I am already willing to leave.
Great place....amazing venue....but waaaaaay over priced for drinks and food....pools were all amazing and the staff is pretty cool....but the pricing is ridiculious
Our room was not ready at check in so we were moved to another room on the 31 st floor and received a 50 credit plus two free drinks. Awesome view! Beautiful room. Stay was pretty good. Love the new bar they made in the lobby and outside.

Pricey and 18% gratuity mandatory Valet parking 41 dollars for a day Bar closes at 130 after that time there is not night life Good food but one more time pricey Don't eat at playa restaurant Worst food ever But breakfast place is pretty decent Don't think I will be coming back
Espectacular lujo , buen servicio , increíbles unas vacaciones aki es para no olvidar.
I can say this is the best hotel i have stayed at!!!!
