One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever visited! The staff was friendly and very helpful.
I can not say enough good about this hotel. From the gorgeous rooms, to the beautiful views and the gracious and friendly staff this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. We came here for a training for work and I never wanted to leave. I'll be bringing my friends back for a vacation asap. Thank you for the amazing experience.
Everything was perfect! Had an amazing time. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The room was very nice and updated, really enjoyed the wrap around balcony and the pool areas were beautiful and well attended. Had dinner at Prime, the food was superb and service was stellar. Went to the Burger Bar for lunch and football, also excellent. The smoked wings and mac and cheese bites can't be beat.

Staff was always helpful Smiling Fabiola the Front Dest Mgr was very Professional and Welcoming Linton and the other Staff at Pool with Towels were very attentive and helpful Royal Point the Hostess was nice I think she was Oriental Marrisssa at the Restaurant Royal Point was outstanding our Waitress we couldn't find however Marrissa was always attending and checking on us. My husband worked the storm hurricane Irma We slept there that was the best hotel that we've stayed in very clean very friendly and all the staff was amazing thank you had a great time and I would book with them if I had to again
Absolutely beautiful resort.. Customer Service was excellent..The Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily, coffee pot in room and replenished daily, Grounds were spotless.Pools clean and kept up.concierge was very helppful, Food was excellent, drinks were very good and not made with pre made mixes, No issues or waiting for check in or check out and I was there over labor day weekend.. Beautiful hotel pools and beach Great rooms clean too BUT when they let the locals in it becomes a different place. They come with tons of people, coolers, loud music and move your items off chairs to sit in them for themselves. They throw their garbage wherever they want, as a hotel employee told us. The hotel gets overcrowded with people that are not spending the money on the room yet get the advantages of hotel. When the hotel is only guests it's very nice
