Love this hotel. Nice and very friendly staff. I will come back again
Worst customer service. Booked a suite with connecting room. There are 6 of us including 2 small children. Requested an early check in when booking. Arrived at 1:40pm and the room wasn’t ready. Was told check in is at 4pm. 4pm came and the room still wasn’t ready. Finally got into our rooms at 4:45pm.

Definitivamente no me gusta la nueva decoración del hotel, estuve con mi familia este fin de semana en el hotel y me gustaba mas como se veía antes el hotel, los precios tambien tanto de la comida como la bebida son bastante caros, y el personal del hotel mas que nada los de las entradas a la piscina y de la playa al hotel pareciera estas entrando a la casa blanca casi me revisan hasta la ropa interior que traia puesta, nunca antes y ya con esta es la quinta o sexta vez que visito el hotel, nunca antes habían revisado mis pe... read more
