Bellísimo. Fui a cenar. Impecable el servicio y la cena. Un lugar único en Hollywood. Recomendable 100 %.
Resort is very nice and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food and drinks are very expensive. We left the resort for food with the exception of Diplomat Prime which was fantastic.

The beach was fantastic, lobby ambience was great!!! Then it just goes downhill from there. When we checked in, we asked to be upgraded so we could have partial view of the ocean from our balcony. The hostess tells us that we can upgrade & use his Hilton rewards. IT WAS AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM FOR HANDICAPPED!!! Our balcony faced the other side of the hotel, & partial ocean view. Don't order "room service". They have a horrible system. Also, the hotel is outdated. Good food and service at the restaurants though.
Hotel is beautiful. To earn a 5� from me.... Would need to offer Free Bottled water, 24hr in room dinning, and while food is awesome, for the cost... I'd expect it to be more presentable.
Very few places blow your mind away with the view and decor. This is one such place. Every time I entered the room, I was in paradise. Such a romantic vibe. Best part - the resort has so much to engage the kids and adults both . Eagerly looking forward to the next trip. Very deserving of the Condé Nast award !!!
