We stay here whenever we're in the area. The staff is courteous and can't do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful, the pools are wonderful and relaxing or just fun, what ever you want. Because there are about three. The only problem is the price of their breakfast, it's $35.00 pp , and you can't order ala carte . This is a major ‘Conference’ Hotel - not one if you are looking for a vacation. Tortuous check in due to long lines, no towels in rooms and well over an hour wait to get some, part of the pool area closed to facilitate ‘Corporate Event’. For $450 a night, it was a shambles. It may be ok for a Conference, but not a vacation. My recommendation for a vacation would be to stay at one of the smaller hotels at South Beach Miami. Far more ‘character’, more around it so you can walk to amenities etc if you stay there.
Hotel was overbooked. Had just went through a bad ordeal with getting my rental car. Had pre checked in b/c I am a Hilton Honors Gold member just to get there and the hotel is overbooked!!!! I didn’t get to check in till 2 a.m. I was hungry tired and didn’t even get the room I reserved. Kudos to the young lady whom I wished I remembered her name but she actually went and cleaned our room for us. Shout out to her for going the extra mile. The best of the best hotel!! The special staff!! Clean and beautiful beach. I loved!!
Visually stunning. Glass bottom pool is exceptional. The fine dining restaurants are exquisite. The problem is = there are NO affordable food options ANYWHERE near the resort. A big, costly, drawback. You can stay at gorgeous Caribbean all-inclusive resorts for half of the price of this EXCLUSIVE resort.
Spent three days here and could not be happier. A beautiful lobby and awesome room with a balcony. The pool and beach are top notch as well. Super helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.
Beautiful hotel! The staff was nothing short of accommodating and incredibly kind. The room and view was outstanding! The restaurant staff always did their best! The Spa Staff was Super accommodating and made me feel like they were my home away from home! Joseph, the Concierge, was always available and went out of his way to be extra kind! I’m very impressed and will be coming back soon.
Front desk Staff was awesome! We got in really early and Edna and Katelyn hooked us up with our room right away!
