I’ve had many stays here but by far this is not one of the best ... I defiantly will think twice of coming here again
My husband took me there for mother's day. He paid 390 the room. and they never told us we will have to paid extra fee of 76 dollars plus 44 valet parking. We were expecting to have breakfast with water view and his restaurant didn't open until 11am. We booked a room with water view and we didn't expected to have partial with no balcony. We asked for late check out because we got there at 10pm the day before and they said no. We were not able to enjoy as much as we were expecting. such a bummer.
It’s a very nice place with a great union staff! The only draw backs is that you can go broke very fast if you drink and eat there. It’s a lot cheaper to go out, buy your favorite adult beverages and take it back to the hotel room.
Excellent Accommodations! I highly recommend having a stay there. My friend misplaced her phone and the folks at Pointe Royal restaurant along with LD & security wasted no time in helping us locate her property. Thank you all...our stay was pleasantly memorable and I look forward to returning!
I’m in town from the Metro Detroit area. Beautiful experience! Loved being able to walk on the beach by the ocean for the first time in years!!!!
Beautiful hotel, staff so accommodating...only issue, valet lost our car. They eventually found it but it was chaotic. If can improve anything...it would be the valet process. Need a updated more streamlined electronic process.
I checked in 4 hours ago. I'm SO disappointed. The staff could care less, from valet, to check-in to the several restaurants I tried. Then there are towels all over the floor, the lobby roof is leaking like crazy. THIS is a Hilton Resort Hotel? For the amount of money, this is ridiculous. I'm going to give this place a try in the morning and if it's not better, I'm out of here.
One of the best places I ever stayed at. A lot of perks coming with staying here.
VERY EXPENSIVE and Over priced. Your paying the price for their recent Reno. Front desk was friendly when we arrived. Didn’t need them after that. Our room wasn’t made up until late in day. Almost 5 pm. We stayed 4 nights. No good choices for breakfast. Either use the canteen or pay 43.00 plus gratuity for the breakfast buffet. So over priced but the food was good and display was very nice and staff very friendly. Pool staff nice.
