First time here and got an extra day for my daughter to join us Excellent restaurants. High end service. Unbelievable staff Rooms are good bed is amazing the view is espectacular. Children’s water playground is fantastic. 3 pools to choose from The crowd much better than the famous Fountain Bleu in Miami Beach So definitely recommend this vacation destination. Worth every penny I live in Miami and been too many hotels from 4 to over 5 stars ⭐️ Again recommend this one !

Beautiful resort. Outstanding service. Adult and kid friendly. Clean and all of the staff is organized and friendly. They should chill the honors waters instead of throwing them in a bucket for you to go get yourself. Florida is hot hot hot and cold water is appreciated.

Loved the room and view. Loved how we had a variety of places to swim and dine. Loved how water was available in the conference area. Coffee spilled next to the fridge was not cleaned prior to us arriving. I just don’t want anyone to think we did this. Unfortunately, the pillows were flat. Also, the shower and bathroom doors were not conveniently easy to maneuver around. Lastly, why is the Playa area the only bar that has a blender out of ALL the restaurants in the entire resort??????
