Perhaps you can turn on the AC on the 33rd floor and refund all @frla members for parking. Waiting one hour for valet is ridiculous!!
Amazing place
Haven’t been here for a few years. They did a great job with the renovations. The service and friendliness from the staff was amazing.
If I could give this place no stars I would. Hotel looks amazing in pics and when you walk in but that’s about it. There is absolutely nothing to do in this “resort” but go to the pool or hang at the bar. Everything is over priced and you definitely don’t get what you pay for. The nicest part of the rooms are the bathrooms. Rooms supposedly hold 4 people, yea right. The rooms are small and there is no place to put your clothes in besides and 2x2 drawer that isn’t deep at all. You have to pay for WIFI and parking even if your... read more
After my grandmother passing away last week I thought it was important to take some time off if work and enjoy life. I wanted to spend the holiday with my family at a beautiful hotel on the beach. I hand selected this hotel for all of the Amenities it offers at the pool area and throughout the property. The hotel is very nice, the restaurants were great, the little stores inside were nice too. I had the worse experience ever with this hotel. Our room was suppose to be ready at 4:00 when told we had to wait longer, took 2.5 hours to get our food for “room service” it was nasty and cold by time we got it. Not to mention somehow they got our card mixed up with another card after showing our card number didn’t match up and tried to charge us for other people’s charges and that if we didn’t pay it they would lock us out of our room.
