Checking in with “Peter” was a breeze and he was very friendly. “Eduardo” at the hotel bar made a special mai tai at my request for something fruity. “Charlotte” the concierge was extremely professional, helpful and always wore a big smile. “LD” in the lobby had us laughing each time we saw him with and without the rake. The breakfast staff was very friendly and remembered us the next two days we came down. Wonderful experience...... Great job “Diplomat”

The room I paid for was not availavle when I checked in. The receptionist acknowledged my Hilton Honors and thanked me for being a loyal customer. He asked if I would like to be upgraded to a suite for $89 a night and he would waive the resort fee. When I checked into the room I have to say it was amazing! The view was spectacular with a rap around balcony. The room was spacious with a huge sofa and dinning table, the bathrooms very spacious, with shower, separate toilet area and deep tub.
