Awesome Place!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was our 40th wedding anniversary on June 16 2018 we Also was there last year for our 39th anniversary. Very nice resort we plan on coming again. Staff very friendly.
This is my second time at the resort. It has been a few years since I've lodged at the resort. The new amenities and updates are incredible!! I was telling someone the Diplomat is on my top 5 list of hotel/resorts in the country. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The entire experience was a wonderful one. Every staff member always had a smile on their faces and was ready to answer any questions I had. It was great and I would recommend to anyone.
I was there as a volunteer for the 100 Black Men 32nd Annual Conference. The Diplomat is gorgeous. The entire staff is friendly & acknowledges your presence and offers their assistance. The view on the ocean is beautiful
Very good service for the most part but the 18% gratuity put a damper on some things. My wife and I have both worked in the food and beverage industry and to us this is sad. It shows that some people apparently do not know how to to tip appropriately or realize how servers are compensated. In addition, we feel that a mandatory gratuity leads to mediocre service as a norm because the server knows that they will at least get 18% so they don't work as hard.
