Room and service good food not great for what you pay breakfast from 6-11 pm we ask for breakfast at 10:20 am buffet only $45 ok if you eat a lot of food no menu order an roasts beef sandwich in the store in lobby it was so nasty after 11 pm no room service no nocoffee no tea no food only pizza delivery to order out I been to five star hotels at the food is awesome you need to hire a great Chef I make a good menu even the salad was terrible we’re talking salad

Ramone, one of your security guards, went over and beyond to assist my boys and I in getting to our room. He answered so many questions, gave us lots of information, and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our room. The room was beautiful, the resort was amazing, the playa pool bar had amazing food and drinks. The only negatives were charging $44 for valet parking was a bit ridiculous and if you’re going to enforce certain rules, you should do that daily, not just on the non-busy days. We just returned from our 3rd annual stay at the Diplomat & once again, we were thoroughly satisfied! One of our favorite parts is the people at Playa .... Genuine! Fun Loving! individuals who make you feel right at home! The food, the service, the accommodations are All A1! You have to experience The Diplomat in Hollywood FL.

Dumpster fire at best. Waited over 2 hrs for room service. Waited almost 3 for our room to be ready. Which wasn’t ready by 4. Worst five star resort stayed in by far. Truely disappointed in the Marriott. Use em all the time and will have to rethink things.

No vegan and very few Vegetarian options available. Please reduce the amount of plastic you use and waste in the store and food outlets.
The resort is beautiful. You can’t go wrong. The service is not what we’ve experienced with our Hilton resorts. We were checked into the wrong room. Had to check out and the first employee tried to check us into the same room. This happened 3 times! We did get an upgrade, but we had to ask. It took 3 calls to get the luggage cart to the room we were moving out of and we were told one was being sent immediately when we left the desk.
