The hotel is beautiful! But the room was not what I expected after staying in a 4.5 hotel in Key West earlier this week. The room was not cleaned good. The couch in the room was full with sustains, I had to flip the cushion over to keep from looking at how filthy it was. The view was spectacular and the pool area that lead to the ocean was beautiful. Overall service wasn’t all that great or friendly.
Fantastic resort. Beautiful beachfront property. I highly recommend a visit...and go to Monkitail while you’re there for a fabulous meal.
All the amenities of a large resort but not so large that it is overwhelming. Pools are really nice and so is ocean area. Good restaurants. If only here for a couple of days you really don’t need to leave the resort
What a beautiful hotel, impeccable service, beautiful views and the food is amazing! Highly recommend Bristol Burgers!!!! Ask for Alex, he was the friendliest, most accommodating and fun server EVER!!!
I liked it here but it's very expensive. The breakfast buffet is over $40 per person. There's not much on the street but Resorts so you're kind of stuck eating at the hotel restaurants unless you want to take a cab off the property. There's much nicer places you can travel to for a much better price.
Fabulous resort- lovely rooms The hotel restaurants were great! The Tommy’s margaritas is one of the BEST!
