Everything I was looking for at a resort! Gorgeous setting, private beach, two pools, two outdoor bars and lots more! The only negatives I had were usually a line at the front desk and my room key did not work to exit the parking garage.

We had dinner at the Prime, the food and the service was excellent.
Beautiful Hotel second time we have been guest here and luckily been helped in front desk by Fallon Hayes. She is one of the kind really helpful and always joyful. Hope everybody was like her.

Yesterday we stay at the hotel for 1 night... beautiful place! But the best thing was the front desk Lady was extremely amazing! Fallon Hayes gave us the most great service! Helping us to resolve so many issues... so recommended this hotel and this lady is absolutely incredible!
$1000 / night and they don't even give you a bottle of water in the room. This resort is nothing even close to special. I would not stay here again. Their prices scream luxury brand and the reality is pretty far from that. Chairs at the pool and beach to accommodate about 40-50% of the guests, the front entrance is pandemonium for pick ups, drop offs and valet, the front desk answers their phone after roughly 35 rings, 1 concierge most of the time to attend to hundreds of guests.
