Used their poolside app and was able to get waiter fast and an umbrella without leaving my chair! LOVE IT!
Very disappointing I was excited to hear that the hotel has undergone 80 million dollar renovation and it is now a part of American Express fine hotels and resorts collection However it should not be Beach is narrow And pools are not beautiful not a wonderful scene Bedding and pillows are horrible Towels are cheap No sleepers or bathroom robe Definitely not great maximum 3 stars
Beautiful Resort and extremely helpful staff. Right off the ocean beautiful views. Just charge everything to your room without a problem.
This hotel the Diplomat it is awesome I will return each time I get a Chance long as God give me Life and it is so beautiful and the staff are also Awesome.
My Kids are enjoyed & the ambiance is good.! We’re comfortable for staying..!
Me gustó la atención el sitio Está muy lindo lo único que no me gustó fue que el aire acondicionado no funciona bien y las cortinas son demasiado transparente uno no puede dormir confortablemente con la luz del sol
The room and (Ocean View) room was phenomenal. I had a mani/pedi at the spa. I was disappointed in the products used on my nails. Cheap polish that did not dry and looks horrible less than 24 hours later. Never again!

Spent my Birthday weekend at this Beautiful hotel! The room was spacious with a beach front view. Looking at the sunrise every morning was amazing. Any issues that came up, the front desk staff handled right away. I really enjoyed my weekend stay.
