Had dinner at Diplomat Prime. By far, the best restaurant in South FL. The steaks were outstanding. The appetizers, sides and deserts were also very, very good. Nice wine list. Service was very good, although a little slow in taking drink orders when we first sat down. I would absolutely recommend Diplomat Prime. I have been there several times and it has always been a nice experience. The atmosphere is elegant and I am looking forward to going back.
My daughter and I had a beautiful three day stay! The staff was outstanding, so helpful and friendly. The pools were gorgeous! Can't wait to go back again!

I travel across the country a lot for work and I can say while this has been one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in regards to cleanliness and appearance, this has been one of the worst hotels I have been at for back of house staff and price gouging. I get the idea of uncharging items to maximize profits, but when a small sandwich and 20oz soda that would coast $5-$6 at the 7-11 costs $13-$14 at the small lobby store. it was a great time for me and my friends .we have a lot of fun ,diplomats is a space where every moment i am going to relax .wowww would be there to see that the i speaks much of respect for this company a day i hoping to return again

Beautiful pool and property. Overall the service and staff were very good. There were a few things that I think could have been better. Didn't clean the room or bring clean towels until we called them in the evening on the first day. No coffee pot in the room and when asked said they would bring it up but an hour later had not. When I called about it she asked me if I had coffee I told her no and she said they were out of the coffee so there was no use in bringing the pot.
Extremely overpriced food and drinks with very few options and not very accommodating with requests for menu changes. Pool service was slow.... Very slow. Not the best resort I've ever been to. 30.00 per person for the breakfast buffet... Are they serious? Not sure I'd return any time soon. Maybe should have stayed at Trump Hollywood. 😁
