The resort was beautiful. The beach was very close. We stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. Would rate the housekeeping staff 1 Star:( Our room had dirty towels in the bathroom, bathtub barely drained and then we found someone else's credit card on the floor in the sitting area (so obviously the floor was not vacuumed). Which then made me question if the rest of the room cleaned!!!
The resort was super awesome I booked a sunrise view room it was super awesome to see sunrise from the hotel room .. loved the resort .. I didn't need to go anywhere for beach it was part of the hotel just go down and enjoy beautiful beach they have plenty of space even though it was long weekend but everything was well organized ..
My family was at this resort this weekend and we had an excellent stay!!! Everything went according to plan and the service there was impeccable! The resort was clean and the staff was there for you no matter where we were in the resort! The pool staff was also very kind and pool area was well maintained and clean. Customer service was very bad. Nice place too bad the service is bad. Had to wait 1 hour to get one chair and one umbrella. The employees were not even looking for empties, guest were looking for them.

Great place for a conference. You never have to leave the hotel except to head to the beach!!!�
I went for a film business meeting and the food for breakfast was real good and service too. The hotel has an upbeat feel and it is like going back in time as a child but with a new edge. PS I am a south Florida realtor too and I tell my clients to stay in the hotel and have so much fun
Love this resort! Hip, comfortable rooms--appreciate the makeup mirror in the updated bathroom--and a friendly, accommodating staff make for a memorable stay. The prices in the onsite shops are steep so pack everything you need.
Very impressed. The hotel-bar staff were excellent. The guys at nokku were great too. Beach staff were helpful. Everyone was in a great mood. The entire resort is set-up nicely. I had a great time. Def coming back.
