I really enjoyed these last few days at The Diplomat. Although I was there for an annual conference, I would love to book a personal stay in the near future. Great, courteous staff and beautiful views all around. Highly recommend.
The hotel room was OK but was very disappointed that the balconies where out of commission due to construction. The hotel staff was awesome.
Beautiful hotel and near the beach. I appreciate the staff saving our rooms because our flight was delayed twice. I don't like the fact that gratuity is included in the price at the bar. My drinks were extremely watered down and with gratuity included there is really no incentive to go above and beyond for your customers
We spent a few days staying at the Diplomat while attending a company conference being held there. Loved our room. Great service and all staff are friendly and helpful. What was the really surprising and heartwarming experience is when we walked out of the Great Hall at the end of our conference, a large number of the hotel staff filled the lobby, clapping, cheering and thanking us for staying with them. It brought huge smiles to everyone's face, made us feel appreciated, and is a special memory I won't soon forget.
Beautiful location and property. Great customer service. Definitely worth it! Been there 2x and it doesn't get old.
Make sure you add the spa to your list of things to do.
The housekeeping staff are so so, they never changed out our drinking glasses, had to beg for extra towels, one the flip side pool staff is A#1,great services.
Best place to stay in Florida ever! No complaints at all.
2 star rating I have had a very horrible time here at the Diplomat Hotel - This Hotel is the crown jewel of the Hilton Properties and it is in my opinion at the bottom of the barrel.
