Mediocre service, nickel and dime you for petty stuff. Charges $11 for a bowl of oatmeal!?!? Other lower level hotels give it to u on the free buffet. Wont stay there again. 👎🏻
Right on the beach. Lovely staff. Helpful all over! Fab restaurants. Pools everywhere. Espresso and staff handing out towels on the beach and at the pool! Wonderful!

This hotel...where do I start? With a tetanus shot. Seriously, if you make the mistake of coming to this steaming pile of doggy poo that calls itself a Hilton Curio Collection hotel make sure your shots are up to date, bring your own linens, not to mention gloves, shoe covers, Lysol and Zanax. Staff seems to be random people pulled off the streets every morning and forced to work in the hotel. Decent hotel but we were disappointed with a few things: resort fee did not include umbrellas on the beach so we had to pay an addt'l $20 per day on the beach; the room balcony was sealed off due to renovation and we were unaware of the renovation; we had to wear armbands to access the beach which was hugely inconvenient because security had to check our reservation every time, and they charged us for parking and we didn't have a car.
One of my favorite spots when I come home, but this time a little disappointed as a gold member with Hilton. Call me Bougie but when you know you expect. I requested a room upgrade as I can do as a Gold member. The room provided was very small, the fridge didn't work, and some staff (not all) I encountered were RUDE. Again a little disappointed as I've stayed here many times prior to Hilton taking ownership never had a bad experience. Do better customer service, please!!
Loved it! Awsome property. Great room rate, but they get you on drinks and food!
