I truly enjoyed my stay! My first time in Florida. All of my expectations were met. Our room was very nice & spacious. Checked in a little early no problems, staff very friendly. Right on the beach. Great atmosphere! I will definitely stay here again. �

Fantastic place to go, the beds are so comfortable the staff is awesome!!! Especially Rosemary @ Canteens, Brian @ the Hotel bar, Lauren @ Playa restaurant and the housekeeper (didn't get her name) thanks so much for my awesome cover! The monkey tail Restaurant wasn't the best. Over all get "34" Anniversary weekend there!
Best massage I've ever had!!! I feel like a new person.
The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was great and the view was just breath taking ! Experience has been overall AMAZING!!!!

I actually would rate this 4.5 stars because the location was great, the rooms were big (I upgraded to ocean front) and the decor was lovely. My only negative was that security and maintenance barged in twice. They thought my room was unoccupied. I won't cry over it, because they gave me some money off at check out today. So I'm good. :) I would recommend this hotel.
The service was very good, clean room, lots of remodeling completed. Food very good in a few different restaurants, pool and beach very clean. Plenty of helpful staff.
I used to LOVE this resort until the new management took over. Still doing renovations but no one will tell you that when you book. They removed all coffee makers from all the rooms under the pretex that they sell the best coffee on the beach... ya right.... the waterfall is no longer in use and they will tell you it will only work when there is enough people in the pool to reach a temperature thay will get it going...a lie... again... my son was insulted in the play area while the supervisor is taking a nap.... only a few e... read more
