A Beautiful resort right on the beach! Excellent food (2 1/2lb lobster was amazing!), water sports, and beautiful beachfront rooms! A definite must return.
Room and hotel was beautiful. Pool was amazing. Ocean was good. Service was nice. However, $90 for two people for breakfast buffet with coffee and juice to drink is not ok. Nothing in walking distance. No coffee maker in room either.
Have a trip booked in August and after visiting and staying at this hotel every summer the last 7 years I'm considering switching because of how awful the reviews are. So disappointed.

We have had an excellent experience at the Diplomat! We read some negative reviews online and were skeptical to stay because we wanted the trip to be perfect as we were celebrating our sons 21st birthday. The renovations inside are complete and the rooms are exquisite. The lobby and pool areas are incredible. Hotel staff and housekeeping was very attentive to any needs we had. We have been very impressed with our stay and will definitely return!

Horrible experience with my family for our vacation. Have written to the hotel directly and to Hilton - I am still waiting on a response. This hotel has a lot of issues to work out and I would absolutely not recommend!

Upon arrival we met an Angel by the name of Daniela. She guided us through the registration process, ALL SMILES. I knew then our Anniversary Stay-cation would be a blast. And it was explosive, lol! Where do I start!! Oh, the ocean front room with balcony on the 16th FL! Majestic, modern, amazingly gorgeous. The ambiance of The Resort, you nailed it.
