Place is ok but when balcony is not your choice becuz it is extra .the hotel puts a 2 by 4 in door way outside on balcony. Looks like home depot. Over the top toiletries BUT NO TOOTHPASTE AND DISPOSABLE TOOTHBRUSH. Lucky i took mine. To full size beds not queens. No vending machines near by. Not being petty but sometimes little things count to. Phone didnt work in room to call front desk.other than that appearance was beautiful. I was on the 23rd floor

Because of my sister in law Lynn she has made yet another LIFETIME dream come true. It has been a wonderful dream and now it's gonna be a bittersweet day headed back to reality. Highly recommend this gorgeous spot!!
This is my first time giving negative comments for a hotel. Not worth time and money at all. The first room that we had were filled out hairs in bath tub which is not belonging to us.and then I went to complain in the front desk. The first lady was like, "do u want to change the room? I can do this for you. Or I can ask the house keeper to clean it for you." I was really tired being out all day. So I just asked for house keeper to come to clean it. As a military family and world traveler and importantly a loyal Hilton honor member, I am disappointed with Curio. Firstly, I want to say that I was given a great rate for this resort. I asked for a room upgrade with the absolute intention to pay for a better room however I was denied the upgrade due to no availability. Oddly enough, the guests in front of me were given an upgrade. Ok, 1st I booked an 1 king bed Intracoastal Way Superior room (May 5th-7th and all I got was a view from the road, which consisted of construction on the left side and the street view on the right. ( I was in the North Tower on the 6 floor) 2nd when we got in the room it was hot, and I thought it was because maybe the air wasn't on but the air clearly wasn't working because I had it on 67 and last the tub that was in the room draining out even with the stopper in it. Went there with my son for spring break...used over 200k points, was treated with disdain by most all of the staff. Prices for food are ridiculously high for value and service overall is about a D minus. Need to hire people that actually care about being in the service industry.
My family and i just stay for 1 night in a corner ocean front suite gorgeous room ,was the best night and day in long-time we check out, and after 4 hours my son tell us that he forgot his phone in the room ,i call lost and found and after some questions about the phone color even phone number and everything they tell that they found it ,i,pick up the phone the security was really nice also the person who answer the phone in lost and found ,im really happg i will came back really soon for my anniversary Thank u so much �
