Loved everything about this place! Everyone was so great and made our stay perfect!
Decent, but very very crowded during spring break and the clientele has gone down hill.

While the place IS very expensive, the service really couldn't be better. I don't know what kinds of places the people leaving feedback here are used to staying at, but I can't believe there is a place that would kiss your ass more than the super nice staff here at the Diplomat. That being said, I would expect to have my ass kissed for what they charge. Great place great service very comfortable but a little pricey for sangria
was amazing such a beautiful place with many things to do
Service was disappointing. Beverages and food are grossly overpriced. 15 for a mixed drink?!? 17 dollars for a wrap. First day there the chairs at pool were filled by 9 am. Chairs at beach didn't get cushions. Beach was dirty and I would have expected them to clean with a price tag of 350 a night. I wouldn't go back.
I've been renting here for many years and all year around, but this time it was horrible and the pool was super cold and dirty all around the edge and you there where no pool chairs available. I rented with a balcony and the security kept coming telling us we could not speak in the balcony and it was only 9:30pm on a Saturday. There was one night the fire alarm went off at 200am as a false alarm and we could not rest at all, also the beds are said to be queen and they are full size and very uncomfortable.
