Great location, but very average service and completely overpriced. Breakfast is $35.00 plus an 18% service charge and a small draft beer $8.00 - utterly crazy, but as there is nowhere else nearby they have a captive audience. I'm here for a conference and despite e-mailing the hotel three times ahead of the event to check on the procedure for getting parcels delivered I didn't receive a response. Terrible!!!! Just terrible!!! From 20-30 min waits for valet which is 41 bucks a day to 30 min waits for more toilet paper! 30 a day resort fee which they don't tell you about till you get there! Construction from 9am till 10pm every night!! Very upset about our stay!!
Best place for an event or for a staycation! The staff at this hotel always goes out of their way to make your stay the best and most memorable! I would recommend you try the restaurants as well...the food is AMAZING!!!
The renovation is magnificent! The staff and the food were fabulous! The beach/pool area is so relaxing and welcoming! Great staycation or vacation spot!
