Excelente servicio,piscina,vista al mar,en fin tremendo hotel!!!
Really love what they have done with the hotel. The renovation is amazing. With 11 next great food and beverage options . With two great super chefs Geoffrey Zakarian - Point Royal and Michael Schulson at Monkitail. They are both sooooo good. And the spa... Amazing services with great prices. Really a game changer in Florida resort and group travel.
Yes I hated this hotel along with everyone I spoke to that stayed there. They don't honor confirmed reservations, mismanagement and lack of communication with customers, staff and managers, dirty balconies boarded up, and still under construction. Lovely!
I would rate as a 5-star resort but staying here can get very pricey, very quickly. I certainly expect above average costs for cocktails and dining but some resort amenities (usually included in a $300+/night price point) are not included and some are a little obnoxious, making guests feel as though they are duped and forced into paying a high price for common things during their stay. Currently at the Diplomat, it is beautiful. It is however very unlikely i will stay again. I am a Diamond for life member at Hilton and was disappointed in some things. First thanks for the room upgrade. It is however unfortunate that the paint is peeling from the ceiling. Other than that, the room was as expected but nothing superior. This was probly by far the worst experience I've ever had at a resort hands down. People screaming in the hall way, when I asked them to keep it down they wanted to fight and threaten to kill my family. Had to call security. Instead of them kicking the people out or moving their room, they had us relocate at 11:00pm at night. We were having family meet us the next day for a birthday party so we decided to reserve a cabana which has o ventaltuin and it like a hot box.
