Beautiful inside everything is amazing astounding
Beautiful resort. Definitely coming back. Enjoyed the bars, pool, beach, and restaurants.

They lost our rental car..valet gave no service at all.. they seems they didn’t care about all... had to wait more than an hour to get it.. miss our flight because of them... and not even professional and customers oriented to refound a part of the room or anything. Not impressed at all. Will never go back there even if it was free. I don’t recommend it in any way.
Clean, good service, nice beach, large balconies, and good conference site. Cons: few good places to eat or drink close, except the associated and more expensive resort offerings. No shuttles, rails or hotel vans to take you out without a car.
I'm very disappointed .. I normally have rave reviews about the Diplomat. Yesterday's experience was the worst I've ever encountered there .The refrigerator in the room wasn't working. My vehicle was SCRATCHED while in the valet's possession. I had to fill out a claim report and make a brief statement . And last but not least. My boyfriend car was vandalized by a valet. They STOLE two designer frames out of his glove compartment . One was a pair of orange Prada shades. That he had for over 10 years. And the other pair. Was a... read more
The hotel was beautiful and really fit with the south Florida backdrop. The staff was attentive and made sure that every request was fulfilled. The on site dining options were amazing! As a long time Hilton customer I am extremely pleased with my stay.
The hospitality is excellent and the food is good. You get what you pay for literally. The staff at the Prime restaurant was on point. The concierge Ms. Charlie and Pedro were awesome putting things together for us.
