It was our 25th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room and the brought us a bottle of champagne! Excellent services.
We absolutely LOVED this resort!! Best in the area! We had to swap hotels due to availability, 1/2 a mile south is the Hyde. HORRIBLE HYDE! Especially compared to our amazing experience at the Diplomat! Service was outstanding, grounds are immaculate and pristine. Can’t wait to go back!
The resort was great. Perfect place to lounge and relax. Spa was excellent! We went back for more services the next day! Danny, our server from the pool restaurant, was amazing! Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family for the future.
We had a reservation for this week. We cancelled since when we went in to check out the hotel before our stay the staff was beyond rude - both the front desk staff and the front desk manager. Thankfully went from there straight to margaritaville and they were so wonderful and book us right away.

Beautiful hotel with great pools. On the surface, it's great but when you take a closer look, the cleanliness could be improved. The first thing we noticed when we walked into our room was a dirt foot print on the hardwood at the entranceway. The furniture had dust all over it. In the bathroom, the parts you see were clean but once you lift the towels on the shower stall handles, there were oily finger prints with settled dust.
