I purchased a Golden lift chair DayDreamer PowerPillow PR-632 with MaxiComfort from Spin life with a five year warranty in 7/17/2018. I sleep in this chair a few days a week. Its been out of commission 4-6 month because its been broken. It cost ?? *******. I have had at least 4 service calls and was told if the motor goes out three times they would replace the chair.The first time it was out was the hand control! We purchased two adult electric scooters on line with payment and the money was immediately deducted from our bank account. Four days letter we got a voicemail saying that we need to add another $400.00 per scooter because they had a temporary glitch with their website stating the incorrect price was advertised. We feel they should honor the price that was advertised as this was not our error. This company experience is teaching me to check for customer comments before buying service furniture. I've been fortunate that I got my chair earlier than expected, but I think that is because I called a few times with addtional questions and pleads for expediency in delivery. However, the in-home warranty service is proving to be a farce. The numbers the delivery man gave me directed me to call Spinlife for consultation and directions before anyone can come to my house if they see fit. 24 hour emergency repair service does... read more

Wish my story was different than most of the other complainants, but its not. Paid for a chair that claimed to dip in **** days from warehouse and didnt. Had a projected shipment date of 9/2 , which was changed on that date to 9/13. Guess what? You already know, it hasnt shipped yet. Guessing were all in the same mess and placed an order with a company to not get a pair of socks or some other ***** item, but something that is VITAL TO OUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS! We have done business with Spin Life in the past. We have purchased 2 Lift Chairs in the past and both were shipped with in just 2 days of ordering. Now we ordered a new one on June 28th, 2021 and we have not recieved it yet. I contacted them today and no one can tell me why we haven't got it yet or where it is. The final answer I got was hopefully it will ship any day now. There **************** has really gone downhill.

I order wheelchair July 21. I was told it will arrive on 8/12. Well the 12 arrived no email with tracking number. I had to call them for an update. I was told theres another delay I will receive a tracking number once it arrives on 8/26. This was confirmed via email from ****************. The 26th arrived no call or tracking number. Once again, I had to call them to hear, theres difficulty with delivery. I had already informed them via email, if I havent received confirmation of delivery I want a refund. This company promises you products at a certain time but does not deliver. They just want to get you money. Don't use them. Promised the product in a week, and it has been a month now and they keep blaming the manufacturer. Poor business practices. I feel sorry for Numotion, who just bought spinlife....a poor deal if they keep up their poor delivery estimates. I talked with a manager at Spin life and she said she would get back to me that day, but she blew me off. No return phone call.

Like many reviews on here, mine is also very negative. I purchased an electric scooter for my 94 year old mother. It arrive late and the front right axel is bent. I have been in **************** with ********************** via e-mails and twice they have sent the front front end. Now they are not returning my e-mails. 3 months and all they can say is the front end will be shipped any day. I will not be recommending ********************** to anyone.

Ordered a Jazzy14 white glove over the phone and person was very helpful. The delivery occurred as scheduled. Month later had a noise coming from right wheel, called SpinLife, parts shipped and white gloves showed up timely to repair. Love the Jazzy and love the customer support.
