Sent bariatric power wheel chair. The seat was huge. i have to pay them 15% plus shipping to send back the huge chair that would not fit through my doors. They charged a lot more for the chair when they added standard things that come with the chairs. The guy that brought the chair out put the chair together in my garage after he got to my house. Ordered a lift chair for my adult son who is multiply handicapped, who was excited to get this chair, along with his staff. I saw that the money went through on my credit card, so after 3 1/2 weeks of no emails regarding when it would be delivered, I emailed the company. All I received was a VERY short email ONLY saying they couldn't process my order and the money would be refunded. Why didn't they let me know sooner so we could've ordered a different one sooner? they did a HARD up sale trying to tell me I needed more expensive things. Used to trust them, called regarding new batteries for my scooter and they did a HARD up sale trying to tell me I needed more expensive things. No more - do not trust

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have bent dealing with them for three months with no help. I gave them the old number of my old chair and they sent me the wrong chair and wanting to charge hundreds of dollars to sent it back.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. REALLY JUST A SHELL. I PAYED IN FULL FOR A CHAIR OVER THREE MONTHS AGO. THEY SAID IT WAS DELIVERED. PROBLEM IS ITS 2OO MILES AWAY. THEY DON'T ANSWER MY EMAILS. AGAINST THEIR REFUND POLICY THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME SHIPPING AND RESTOCK FEES IF I CANCEL MY ORDER EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER TAKEN POSSESSION. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER PAY IN FULL AND STAY AWAYB FROM THIS FAKE BUSINESS.

I RECENTLY ORDERED A PRIDE RAPTOR SCOOTER. ORDERED ON 9 DEC 2020, IT WAS SHIPPED ON 11 DEC 2020. IT WAS DELIVERED ON 18 DEC 2020. WHEN I CALLED TO ORDER THE SCOOTER MY SALES REP **** ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND DID A GREAT JOB SETTING UP THE ORDER. SHE TOLD ME IT WOULD PROBABLY BE THE MIDDLE OF JANURARY BEFORE THE SCOOTER WOULD BE DELIVERED. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED TO GET DELIVERY SO FAST. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SCOOTER. ***** *. I wish now I would have read these customer reviews of Spinlife's record of failures. I too purchased an electric wheelchair from them and after 16 months or more it failed. A service person came to diagnose the problem at a cost of $199.00. Advised I needed two batteries and two drive motors, Purchased all of them for a total cost of $1,082.63. I called Spin Life and spoke to Joe J****** about a lift chair for my mother who just moved into an assisted facility so that she can have some help getting out of a chair. The Chair was about $1,000 including tax. When he wrote up the order, he asked me specifically what color I would like, so he offered gray as an option. I said yes, gray would be great, matches the room decor for my mom. A week later, the chair was delivered to the facility and it was not gray, it was beige.
