Ordered elevating leg rests for my wife's wheelchair, and site said delivery in 1-3 days. Arrived 6 days later, and were not the elevating leg rests, but standard leg rests. Called customer service, left on hold for 10 minutes, apparently forgotten. Finally someone came back, and we started all over, but this person was unintelligible (Phillipines). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I called and placed myself in the phone queue twice (waiting almost 5 hours with no call back) before I actually got through. Then, I found out that in spite of having purchased a scooter less than 3 months ago (which now has a dead battery because I guess you must leave the scooter plugged in at all times and not let the battery drain down or it will not recharge) and using it less than 6 miles, it appears my battery is dead and will not accept a charge. Delivered a 12 volt Pride Mobility GoGo LX w/CTS. Ordered and paid for an 18v scooter. Pride Mobility received the order, emailed SpinLife and advised them scooter only came with 12 volt (18 volt discontinued 2019) and SpinLife told them to ship it to me WITHOUT a call or email asking me if it was okay. Customer Service agent Ish T***** *****said he didn't know and it would "cost" me. Customer Service said it would cost me $300.00. SHAME ON THEM!!!

Company does not stand behind warranty claims. Customer service is customer disservice. Has taken 1 month since warranty request was initiated and the problem is still not fixed. They expect the customer to diagnose their own problem. They lie about return of phone calls and make empty promises about when a tech will show up. When he did finally show up, he left a scooter that is still not useable at best and a fire hazard at the worse. Do not buy from Spinlife.com. The chair was great for less then a week and started not working. Turns out it is a faulty switch that is in the motor. The switch is under warranty. But if I want them to come fix it, it is a 200 bill. Because I didn't by the in home service which is 200 or 250. So see either way they win and make money off of you. You pay for it no matter what.
