I recently bought an electric wheel chair from Spinlife. I rode it no more than 10 minutes and it stopped, would not move again. I called them, they called their service man, he drove over 100 miles, checked my chair and told me the back motor had gone out. Im wondering how does that happen on NEW chair that I just paid close to $2,000.00 for. He took the motor out and in about a week he brought me the new one and installed it. Lying Biz Taking 4 Months to Deliver Scooter!SPINLIFE is a horrible company that just collects your money and does not care about you. They will not lift a finger for you after they have your money. on 6/03/22 i ordered a pair of the ONLY 22x1-3/8 (******) wheelchair tires on their website along with a pair of tubes.received tires within 10 days and checked size to be 22x13/8 .put in closet to await tubes, which 12 weeks later i find out from spin life (after calling them) that they were back ordered. received tubes week of 9/19/22 and took to local specialty bikes shop that has been attending to my wheelchair for over 15 years. early this week and told these are not the 22x1-3/8 (******) and will not fit my wheels. the... read more

On Friday, Sept 10, I placed an order for a 4 wheel scooter, with a date of Sept 13 for shipping. In the meantime, a friend was able to get the old one working. Even though they were not there on the weekend, I called twice requesting a cancellation and left an email before the item got shipped. A phone call Monday Sept 12, informed me it had already been shipped and would have to pay a restocking fee plus a fee to ship it back. I was going to buy a new scooter like the go-go elite I have it is very old, it was not available for several months so the salesperson recommended a Spitfire Pro. he said it would be the same as my old scooter, so I went ahead. They sold me an old battery and that cause my scooter to almost go on fire I called them they told me to then take it to a service center. I am a disabled senior who can not walk I told it to the service place and the owner told me that he could fix it but it would cost me $425.00 I'm on SSI and having to pay out that much money causes me to go with out food.
