Not a trans friendly company. I’m being treated like a criminal fraudster because my name change isn’t legal yet, and they’re refusing to send me my wheelchair and I’ve already been charged for it. Also this customer service rep (**** ******) is giving me private customer information of other customers. Like, a full legal name and account details?? So do NOT trust this company with ANY of your information, they will tell ANYONE.

Ordered a new scooter Go Go Lite, paid $300 down on it. Wash told so many lies by ***** ******. My $300 was posted and showed regular price. Then I was told ************ ******* would deliver it and call me before delivering it, that was a lie. Showed it was shipped June 16, 2023. Therefore while at a funeral out of town on Monday June 19, 2023, my neighbor calls me and tells me a large box sitting on sidewalk and it is beginning to pour rain. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Bought a new Pride power chair and the battery lasted 4 months. Had hard time getting them to send me decent batteries. The batteries weigh 25 lbs ea and they sent me an email saying it is my responsibility to pack up the old batteries and returm them instead of having the tech who will be installing the replacement batteries return the old batteries as is common practice with all the other companies I have got new batteries from. Quite possibly one if the worst and most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. No customer service; was referred to manufacturer. Lied to about in stock position - promised lift chair was in stock if I bought one with heat snd massage which I did to expedite shipping/ lied to again, Delivered three (3) faulty chairs months after delivery promised. Sales staff belligerent and customer service personnel not much better and told me Spinlife had nothing to do with solving problems and that only ****** could affect a remedy... read more

I bought a lift chair. Took forever to get it then it broke right after. They sent a man to fix it. He didn’t do to good of job cause it broke again. They sent another young man that said it wasn’t fixed right plus it was poor craftmanship. He took pictures and a video. They agree to replace it. Finally someone came with the new chair. The man open it up and it was broken. Now they are saying the may 15th. I am disabled. Now here I set with a broken 3000.00 chair. I wish i had never bought from them! This is horrible! Bought Model No. SFPRO electric scooter from SpinLife to replace my old one, same model. Suppose to run five miles an hour. Something wrong with the gears. Defective. Contacted SpinLife about the problem. They told me that there was nothing that could be done about it. Also talked to me with disrespect.

This company takes advantage of Senior Citizens. Beware of the free "White ****** treatment. You get charged for the White ***** fee on the return. Nice policy to charge $250 to take back a chair.

Bought model #****, I love it but it stopped working.After their repair men came three times to put a new part on only to find the motors were wired backwards. SPIN LIFE was very good to me they replaced my scooter #****. Why I am writing you is that I want to buy a 2 year warranty on my new scooter but was told that I cannot. Iam a senior who is living on a very small income, if this one breaks what can I do?

order a life chair for my older and handcapped mother on sept 28 and sent a email stated that the shiping date was nov 8 2022 and then no email as to why it was not delivered on that date have a lot of phone call to spin life to fine out why and they can not get me a straight answer fell like all i getting is a lot of run around is that standard practice to email you went a order is delayed well spin life dose do that f they had done that then aleast i would have idea as to what was going on.
