I bought a new scooter from Spin Life in June of 2023, first off they sent me one built in May of 2022,ok I thought that is kind of funny. I went to charge the batteries all the way up and they wouldn't charge all the way. I called twice about them and they said keep charging them every week and they will be ok which I did. Finally it was time to use it and within 50 feet of moving it the batteries were down to the yellow on the gauge. I bought a defective Pride Victory LX, returned it for another defective Victory LX. Took me 8 or 9 months of calling and still don't get a full refund. They didn't even try to fix Electrical despite my $99 service agreement. They refused to replace it! I was a loyal customer who came back to a $59 mirror, a $144 cover, and an indoors only scooter tgey refhsed to reosjr or replace it. Finally after 9 minths Oride agrees to a return "if I box it up." Spinlife is a deeply dishonest company. I purchased a new Flex a Bed mattress for my Hi-Low Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed frame. The product page said it was compatible with my frame. This page showed the correct model in the photos. I received a different Flex a Bed mattress model than what was in the photos. I put it on the bed and confirmed it does not work. I ordered a lift chair for my mom. The Spinlife sales rep was very helpful in helping me find the best option for her. It arrived on-time and the fabric is beautiful. She loves the lift chair and it has been so helpful! She can stand-up pain free! Wish I had ordered sooner! The sales rep also gave me a coupon so it was a great price. Lower than I saw on other websites.

I ordered a wheelchair with a promised ship date of 1 to 2 business days. After they charged my card, I received an email with a ‘changed’ shipment date of a week later. I canceled my order, but my card was stilled charged. I called for a credit, which took three days to process. But when issuing the credit, my card was charged again. According to their web site their customer service is available 24/7. It is NOT. I emailed them and have had no response. Not a trans friendly company. I’m being treated like a criminal fraudster because my name change isn’t legal yet, and they’re refusing to send me my wheelchair and I’ve already been charged for it. Also this customer service rep (**** ******) is giving me private customer information of other customers. Like, a full legal name and account details?? So do NOT trust this company with ANY of your information, they will tell ANYONE.

Ordered a new scooter Go Go Lite, paid $300 down on it. Wash told so many lies by ***** ******. My $300 was posted and showed regular price. Then I was told ************ ******* would deliver it and call me before delivering it, that was a lie. Showed it was shipped June 16, 2023. Therefore while at a funeral out of town on Monday June 19, 2023, my neighbor calls me and tells me a large box sitting on sidewalk and it is beginning to pour rain.
