Never purchase from them.I am writing to express my concerns regarding a chair I purchased in August 2025 for $3585. Unfortunately, after less than two months of use, the chair has become defective and requires a $272 repair. I received a Lift chair from Spin life in 7/04/23 and had a 2 year warranty on it. I started having problems that I called and addressed in 5/2025. I had a tech come out and access the problems and he said parts needed to be ordered. I waited over a month before another tech came back out and said I dud NOT need the patrs, he took them back, but I am still having a problem plus the back part of the chair that had to be replaced has NOT be taken care of .I call on a daily basis and leave countless messages, with no resolve. Please DO NOT BUY from them! SpinLife and Travel Buggy sold my brother a wheelchair that catastrophically failed. While in normal use on a flat path, the wheel and bracket sheared completely off, throwing him from the chair and causing injury. This is not wear and tear it is a dangerous frame failure.Despite Travel Buggys own 5-year warranty on the frame, SpinLife and Travel Buggy have refused to replace the chair. Now If I need a part I am referred to the website and must wait for a response that never arrives. My experience has been awful and extremely dismissive. I ordered a ramp to go to my shed and specifically asked for a 4ft ramp when I called. They didnt send any conformation number to my email and I had to call back to get the tracking number for my package. When it arrived I received a 2ft ramp and wanted to immediately send it back.
