Very upset with this company. Ordered a lift chair which they said it would ship the same day and everytime I called I got a different answer. Finally after 3or4 times they finally said it was back ordered. So I canceled the order. They took money out of my account and had not reissued it back in my account and it's been 9 days. Very poor business. They lied everytime we called which was everyday.

The scooter is good but a problem with battery’s being defective is a real problem. I contacted company on my sons behalf as he doesn’t live with me. I stated battery wasn't charged every day because he don’t use it everyday but when he used it he always plugged it in over nite. Company claims battery’s weren’t charged properly. NOT TRUE! They were charged everyday he used it. They won’t replace 3 month old battery’s even though they are under one year warrsnty

We were in contact with Ms. ******* who requested we speak to her son to verify how often he charges the batteries and how often he uses his scooter as she initially reported he was using the scooter daily but only charging the batteries every other night, overnight. We did speak with her son on October 16th and he verified for us his charging pattern. Slick Spinlife product brochure. I should have checked them out first. I ordered a custom Invacare manual wheelchair and the chair is actually nice but it was ordered as a low seat and arrived with a standard height seat. The customer service person gave me a nonsensical explanation. I contacted Invacare who asked Spiinlife to find an in home tech to adjust my chair. It was going to cost me $179. I found a handyman who adjusted the chair for $30.

My whill C-1 was supposed to be shipped to me on May 23. I had ordered it via telephone on May 16. It is now May 30 and it still hasn't been shipped per the online info and telephone conversation with two different reps. I was also told the reps would follow up and let me know reasons for the delay and when it would be shipped. So far no update. I am very frustrated and annoyed. Having many issues with a scooter, but they are not honoring the warranty. Poor follow-up support after the sale. Not responding to emails and voicemails.
Ordered adjustable bed (essentially a hospital bed). Upon delivery it was apparent product did not match catalog description and we refused delivery and immediately contacted the company by telephone and email. Merchant has repeatedly agreed to refund most of product cost, less a "restocking fee," but to date has failed to do so. We have contacted customer service numerous times and they claim that we'll get a refund. Spinlife falls down on after-purchase service. My scooter has twice experienced a bad transaxle (which I don't blame on SpinLife). The first time it was repaired under the service/parts warranty, but it took 3 weeks to get the part. This last time only the transaxle was under warranty. It was supposed to be shipped over the weekend. It was then suddenly backordered to arrive a month from now. In neither of these cases did SpinLife communicate with me proactively. Not worth it.
Takes your money and then doesn't respond to your phone calls, doesn't ship the product, looses faxes, makes excuses and is rude when you call. Do not do business with this company!!! ALSO, if you are an ****member like me, call them also and report them.
