Spinlife falls down on after-purchase service. My scooter has twice experienced a bad transaxle (which I don't blame on SpinLife). The first time it was repaired under the service/parts warranty, but it took 3 weeks to get the part. This last time only the transaxle was under warranty. It was supposed to be shipped over the weekend. It was then suddenly backordered to arrive a month from now. In neither of these cases did SpinLife communicate with me proactively. Not worth it.

Takes your money and then doesn't respond to your phone calls, doesn't ship the product, looses faxes, makes excuses and is rude when you call. Do not do business with this company!!! ALSO, if you are an ****member like me, call them also and report them. They advertise on ***** website so ****is looking into this also, I ordered an oxygen concentrator on 8/6/18, paid for it, yet still not shipped. I bought a scooter and 2 weeks later it broke! Sent a part and 2 idiots from some flakey company called Delta Accessibility. 2 morons showed up looking like they just came from the bar! 1 guy shook so bad he could barely hold the screwdriver. Didn't have a clue how to repair a scooter. Still broken, no response from anybody. STAY AWAY!!

I emailed the website directly to SpinLife to compliment the Reps that have helped me on orders, they provide exceptional customer service and with knowledge to truly help assist and response time is immediate. I placed an order for pride outlander n August 21 2017 and canceled the order due to wrong order. I called Spinlife and asked for a refund of $1799. The customer service said that it will be soon. After that I have called several times. It is now October 15th and I have not seen any refund. I do not know whether I will see the refund of $1799. I am an elderly man with disabilities and suffer from Parkinson disease. If I do not see the refund, I will file a complaint with the attorney general of Ohio for internet fraud. I am ... read more

** SPINLIFE ** WARNING - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED !! If you or someone you know needs to order home supplies, wheelchair parts, adaptive sporting equipment please take my warning to heart and DO NOT order anything from SPINLIFE !! Recently purchased a Pride Victory 9-3 scooter from SpinLife and received it a couple days ago. The seat is made so that the operator has to lean back and cannot sit up straight on this seat to operate this scooter. SpinLife states there is nothing they can do to resolve this issue. I requested exchanging the 9-3 seat for a seat on a 10-3 scooter. SpinLife refuses to do so. They stated that I should spend another $300.00 for another seat! I disagree. While their product selection and pricing is excellent, their delivery process is beyond absurd. My family purchased a patient lift for my paralyzed mother. SpinLife contracted with *** ******** trucking company for delivery. The trucking company only provides curbside delivery, something that SpinLife never thought to mention when they were taking our money. Imagine my 90 year old father being forced to drag the boxed lift up to their apartment by himself! Had we known the delivery would have been that horrendous, we would ... read more
