The recipients of the front desk’s service are poor, my son forgot to bring his indoor slippers, I called to request for the indoor slippers since the day I checked in and we’ve already stayed here for two night and I still have not gotten the indoor slippers yet. And I called again minutes ago, they told me that they don’t have indoor slippers. Wow, Marriott top management, you really need to train your front desk and just so you know your room are so old and it needs to be updated.
This hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and I had no issues, the hotel staff was fabulous. The one complaint I have is the parking. They charge $45.00 a night for parking in addition to the room fee. That’s just ridiculous! You’re making your money off the rooms, so need to charge for parking in your parking deck. Or at least lower it to something more reasonable that people would be willing to pay. Overall the parking was not a deal breaker for me and I would love to stay there again!
Hidden parking fees. Told us that there was no other parking available other than valet, but said valet tipping was all that was required and amount was by choice. When we went to get our car after 14 hours, it was $45. Absolutely ridiculous.
Nice hotel. Think it is over priced because its downtown. Friendly staff. Rooms need to be upgraded.
Left toiletry bag in the hotel room. Housekeeping never found nor turned it in. Of course it had my Burberry watch inside. Dishonest people working, and I’m very upset about it!
It looks like a beautiful place. Wish I could be there to share the experience with you, but there will be many more occasions. XOXO, Mom
