I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but the Marquis has been the absolute best! Professional staff that goes above & beyond for guests. I highly recommend the city view rooms (34th floor & up) that give you an overlook of Atlanta. My family and I will be staying again when we’re in downtown Atlanta.

It was my first time in the ATL, I stayed there for a conference and every day I received a friendly greeting by every staff member I came in contact with. I went here with my husband on our honeymoon. Everyone was so nice! We stayed on the 31st floor, it had an amazing view.
Let me begin by say that this is a beautiful hotel. I am a frequent traveler, travel agent by profession so I love nice hotels and I have NEVER written a NEGATIVE review but the service here was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The first night we arrived around 10pm so when we arrived in the room it was overall clean but when I went to the restroom there was trash in the trash can and an open bar of soap by the sink.
