Did not have the correct rooms when we did get a room the sheets were dirty. Waited over an hour to get clean sheets.

Found a huge 2 inch cockroach in the lobby restroom. So gross.

I love the hotel stay except the front desk lady who attend me she was very rude , management need to address better costumer service. Plus when I book they never offered me if I want to include breakfasts you need to pay for everything!!
I stayed at the Marquis for two weeks. And i tell ppl they would have to experience it for themselves.
The staff was very friendly so for that I would give them a 5. There is a Starbucks in the hotel which is very convenient ... But it closes at 5 which made no sense. We never received the extra pillow we asked for which is not too big of a deal but still counts for a little. It was a very nice hotel and architecturally cool for pictures ... I took several. I just feel for the size of the hotel they could have offered a few more restaurant choices.
