2 hours Waiting for my room to get ready. This is unacceptable.
I have nothing but disgust for the hotel i made reservations for the fwa weekend the 6th 7th and 8th checked out the morning of the 9th and the agent put me down for the 5th thru the 9th I got charged a no show fee and my account went overdraft due to the screwup and I was told money that I was charged would be put back in my bank account within 3 to 5 business days instead they gave me a credit for one night and now I'm in the hole due to their incompetence I will never step in this hotel again ever or the sister hotels
