Excellent!!! The hotel, service, food and amenities were amazing. The view of my room it was espectacular; wake up and watch the sunrise 🌅 was beautiful.
My husband is currently at this hotel for a business conference. He got robbed yesterday at the hotel. He and his business peers put their belongings in a secure room for his company and I guess it was not secured after all. He reported the robbery, and guess what Management did not nothing about it right away. 4 more people were victims of robbery right after he reported the incident, that is how much they cared about the whole situation. Stunning hotel, great conference rooms and social areas, great catering, always clean bathrooms, and most importantly, their staff were amazing! They always made a point to be kind and greet you in every passing. I loved that special touch!
We flew from Kansas City Mo to Atlanta for our first wedding anniversary. From check in to check out we were treated like royalty. From the front desk we were given a room on the 41st floor with a beautiful view. My husband preplanned our anniversary dinner speaking with Sidney in the Sear Restaurant prior to our trip.
