Amazing view and friendly staff. Very clean and quick check in
Beautiful hotel. Great location. We are hosting a meeting here and they always do a good job. Most of the red coats are very helpful and attentive. Our sales contact, Sean Ware went out of his way to be helpful to us and make sure our event went off without a hitch. Few glitches in the beginning but that was due to the prior sales rep. Sean fixed us up! Good restaurant selection also.
At a work conference and the fire alarm goes off. No communication and a hotel's worth of people struggling to make it down two small escalators. They're lucky it didn't turn into a stampede. Meanwhile, fire alarm is still going off (two plus hours later) and the staff STILL has not communicated with us. They legitimately ushered everyone into a conference room one floor BELOW where the fire took place. Poorly handled, and still ongoing.
