Horrible accommodations. Did not honor our reservation nor their room confirmation. We were forced to sleep on cots in adjoining double occupancy rooms. Never again... I will book a different hotel when I return to Atlanta.

Both nights we have stayed the music has literally been shaking the walls in our room. Response I received was there is nothing that can be done about the noise, as an event is scheduled in the hotel until 3AM!!!! This is completely unacceptable. Poor planning on hotels part and lack of consideration for paying guests not involved with event. Shame on Marriott! As an Elite and loyal member to the brand, I will be reconsidering where we stay on other trips as well.
