Hotel spectacular, hotel employees were courteous, baquet waitstaff lacked personality and manners.

Staff is very accommodating. The rooms are nice. Some updating of the hallways is needed.

Kathleen from the FD was super friendly and professional. Excellent hospitality and warm genuine greetings throughout our experience. Staff are not shy to answer any questions and will make you feel special. Like you belong. Travel brilliantly.
