I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it ZERO! Combination Priceline and Hotel review. My wife and my 6 year old came to Priceline to book a room for our family spring break vacation and on the website I saw the option for a 4 star room or a 4 star with guest room. We booked the guest room because of our 6 year old. Great meeting rooms and fitness center Rooms have been redecorated to a very modern style but not one single drawer to put any clothes in?? What’s that about??
The hotel is beautiful. I was there for the Heritage Ball, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed that there was no shuttle to/from the airport, to be a Marriott hotel. Overall, a good experience.
I could not believe that the rooms didn't have DRESSER DRAWERS! REALLY? That was a turn-off!! We arrived 2 r room with NO water running n the tub & no hot water n the sink! It did come on later n the day.
