Very nice facility. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Restaurants offer a choice of dining.

Every year I stay at least 3 times a year. Great service great atmosphere great staff. A few bumps but they work very hard to make it up. Malcome , Denise, Jordon , and Ralph are the best
We we're checked out of our room I can't count how many times in 3 days. We had to beg for towels and wash cloths, then we only got 2 of each with 4 per room, our keys to the room wouldn't work. It was ridiculously expensive to have that kind of wkend
Worst experience at a Marriott I have ever had. I am a 30+ year Marriott timeshare owner and Elite member and was very disappointed in the service received. The physical appearance of the hotel lobby and exterior is great. The housekeeping service was sub standard and a total shock. My credit card was also overcharged.
Greatest customer service ever. Huge training event going on with 1000 people roaming everywhere. During the first 24 hours, I needed help from 10 different people to get parked, checked in, switched to a great room with a view, get to correct elevator, find event space, etc. Every one of the customer service people were awesome. Friendly, helpful, never acted like they were doing me a favor. FANTASTIC. Thanks to all!
This hotel customer service is the worst. I’ve never experiences this before I was a gold member. I do not intend to visit this hotel again
