Overpriced, overrated, overhyped. Customer service is weak your money is better spent elsewhere.
Worst hotel experience ever. Waited 5 hrs to ck in. Now waiting 2 hrs for toilet paper, hand soap and face cloths.
Poor customer service!!! I check out 13 days ago and on my way out noticed an additional charge to the room deposit. They charged me for parking when we parked across the street at Peach Tree Center (half the price). Guest services assured I was being refunded on the 1st. The 50 dollar room deposit posted, as did the unjust parking charge. I've called about 7 times now, talked to accounting and filed a claim and still the only thing they tell me is it's being refunded. Feel uneasy about giving these guys your credit card. Amazing view, excelent reception service and nice restaurants. I want to back for tourism. Thanks Marriott!
Decent hotel but check-in takes too long, elevator takes awhile, rooms are alright, but short on maintenance. Our room has a large cracked window, carpet stains, and bathroom can use some work.
